Welcome to Sweden!
I’d been waiting for my Christmas present for quite some time – Rihanna concert with my love in Stockholm. So it finally arrived and we were on our way! Our hotel was so lovely and in the perfect location. If you’re in Stockholm for a quick city getaway I definitely recommend it – HTL Hotels Kungsgatan.
Breakfast was definitely my favourite part of the hotel – enjoying delicious food outside on the courtyard terrace with the warm and sunny weather.

Stockholm is such a wonderful place and Rihanna in concert was amazing as well. Overall best combo ever! Thank you honey for the best gift ever!
The only things I miss in the winter time are fresh fruits from the farmers market.❤
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of black currants
2 cups of water
3 tables spoons of Balance Blend
All I have to say about this shirt, is that it cost 9,99€. Thank you H&M.

A friend of mine has finally bought her really own place and we went around last Sunday to check it out. Although the space is tight (a studio apartment), the interior design and decorations are super adorable! See for yourself…
A really homey and lovely space to come home to. If you’re tight on space or sick of the feel of your apartment, make sure you don’t clutter items in opens spaces and decorate with new and modern items for a fresher feel of the apartment. I literally rushed to H&M home for a new laundry basket, pillowcases and baskets for toiletries.
While checking out the place, we also found time for mimosas and a healthy brunch. But as it seems, that’s kind of on the sidelines this time.
Don’t you sometimes have this feeling, that you need to eat something that will have almost no effect on your insides? I sometimes do, and the only thing I can think of is vegan foods. I did a small 3-day trial of not eating any meat or dairy and I felt so amazing afterwards. Unfortunately, I’m unable to yet change my habits completely and until then I try to give my body what it wants… Yesterday it was a beetroot and crunchy buckwheat salad with mixed leaves, red onions and seeds. I felt full but not heavy at the end which was everything I wanted, but the taste of beetroot was way too over powering in the end.
Check out Von Khrali Aed – they can adapt most foods for vegan or meat preferences! Which ever your preference or mood.
Since my freezer is full of boxed fruits and summer has already arrived, I feel that I need to use them all up really quick to make room for new ones. That’s why this particular bowl is filled with 5 different components.
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 of a mango
1/2 cup of rhubarb
1/2 cup of blackcurrants
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of Balance Blend
Topped with chia, granola & black currant juice
In all honesty, I used to make all my smoothies with yoghurt. You know, the really tasty sugary one that makes your smoothies creamy and super yum? At one point, I came to realise that with all the sugar I’m ingesting through the yoghurt, I’m completely ruining the point of a healthy smoothie! It was so difficult to get the quantities right but I’ve finally achieved the perfect balance and they taste just as good – now with just water.
I’m gonna go back to enjoying this awful weather now.
