Today’s smoothie was a success. Green, tasty, and pretty! I opted out of using the raspberries and unfortunately also the green apples I used last time, since I simply ran out of them. Still resulting in a yum combo nevertheless.
2 ripe bananas
handful of spinach
2 cups of yoghurt
topped with chia seeds
On the side, I just enjoyed a yoghurt bowl with some delicious granola and raspberries. To be honest, I over estimated by abilities, since a full smoothie and yoghurt bowl are so filling. But what was done, was done.
But a filling breakfast keeps you full and satisfied for a very long time – you definitely don’t carve any snacks!
