Don’t you sometimes have this feeling, that you need to eat something that will have almost no effect on your insides? I sometimes do, and the only thing I can think of is vegan foods. I did a small 3-day trial of not eating any meat or dairy and I felt so amazing afterwards. Unfortunately, I’m unable to yet change my habits completely and until then I try to give my body what it wants… Yesterday it was a beetroot and crunchy buckwheat salad with mixed leaves, red onions and seeds. I felt full but not heavy at the end which was everything I wanted, but the taste of beetroot was way too over powering in the end.
