I’m such a sucker for beetroot risotto. If it’s in the menu, I’ll be having it. Usually served with goat cheese, I’ll even eat that (although I’ve never been a fan). This specific risotto is served at Rucola, in Tallinn and was delightful. A definite yes for next time. Another thing that I just cannot live without is fresh orange juice. I don’t think there is anything better than a glass of cold fresh orange juice. There just can’t be.

Team Smoothie

Every morning, I ask my bf the age-old question of what would you like for breakfast? And recently, I’ve noticed him opting for a smoothie breakfast. Such a nice change to see & a good compliment to mee, since my smoothies must taste amazing. Recipe here:

1 mango
Cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of rhubarb
2 tablespoons of Balance Blend
Topped with Crunchy Super Seeds (MY NEW FAVOURITE THING!)

Fresh strawberries galore

There’s NEVER enough of fresh strawberries. In the smoothie, on top, as a snack later on…. I could go on. I swear, I ate at least 2 kilos of fresh farmer’s market stuff a day during the summer. BEST. EVER. Recipe here:

2 bananas
2 cups of fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon of Balance Blend
Topped with fresh strawberries & granola & Hi Matcha
